Marketing Services ~ Fees will be determined upon the services desired

  • Set your villa or condo up on the relevant websites we agree upon
  • Set up a Gmail account on behalf of your villa or condo
  • Answer any and all inquiries via the phone or your Gmail account
  • Arrange for professional photos to be taken
  • Evaluate the villa or condo to make sure you have all the necessary items for the rentals
  • Arrange meet and greats at the airport
  • Arrange  for a web site for your villa or condo
  • Licensing for the villa or condo
  • Written proposals for services
  • If so desired written terms with people who rent your villa or condo
  • Send a follow up email at the end of each rental period requesting a review of their stay at your property which will be posted on the internet.

Management Includes ~ Fees based on the frequency of visits

  • Turn on all faucets, showers & flush toilets
  • Check cistern level
  • Check pump and filters (change filters if needed)
  • Turn on stove make sure all burners function
  • Check gas grills make sure there is gas in the gas bottles
  • Test air conditioner—Check filter
  • Open all of the windows and doors to air out the house
  • Check that all light bulbs are functioning
  • Verify washer/dryer is working
  • Report of landscaping condition
  • Report back on the status of the inside, outside and pool by email each visit
  • Any other requested services
